A pro-active and dynamic business analyst, I have nearly 20 years’ experience coveringsystem design, specification and development, project and change management andcommercial and operational analysis.I have experience of overseeing projects from viability studies and inception throughrequirement gathering, system specification and production to final UAT and on-goingsupport.I communicate well at all levels and am able to maintain strong stakeholder relationships,both externally and within the business.I have wide experience in ascertaining reporting, interface and internal contractmanagement requirements and developing strategies and models to deliver the correctinformation to the point of requirement.I am also experienced in managing business change processes, implementing leansystems to eliminate waste and improve service delivery models.Away from the office, I spend my time trying to avoid getting involved in the two horses that my wife and three children have by playing golf when I can (rarely) and by my involvement in martial arts where, amongst other things, I am very proud to recently have been awarded a third dan grade in traditional Japanese sword.
