The goal of these large-scale projects is to acquire and pre-stage bulk orders of various platform infrastructure for just-in-time commitment to business and application project efforts. The result is a resource pool for rapid deployment. This will increase the mean-time-to-implement, and enable bulk purchasing economies. • Recognized as a leader in the ITO Project Management department for financial management abilities, and PM process initiatives.

Responsible for the Northeast region of the U.S. for State-of-the-Art Startup Company, building out an Internet backbone network consisting of dark fiber routes driven by Nortel MOR+ and 1600G technology, in single and dual fiber configurations. Project management duties included evaluation of co-location space, and carrier hotels, installations, NOC and vendor coordination, and project tracking activities.Highlights:• Totally accountable for the New York Exchange site, and Metro junction sites, along with the Boston Add-Drop site, and the Amp and Regen sites along the dark fiber routes attached to New York. Was part of a high performance team of engineers who cooperatively lit a 9000-mile dark fiber network in less than 18 months.
