Project leader responsible for end to end delivery of calibration projects, from requirements through to production calibration delivery and ongoing running change for current projects.This starts with gathering new project requirements and targets, feeding these back into the attribute teams, and generating test and resource requirements based on the agreed programme content. These requirements are also fed forward to our software supplier in order to ensure proper resource allocation. I am also responsible for managing the day to day progress of the project, including resource planning, issue management, and requirements progress tracking. In my role I work directly with a calibration leader, and interface with attribute teams, senior management and external teams to feedback project progress. Additionally I have been involved in leading outsource projects with suppliers to deliver to our RFQ and agreed test plans.Further responsibilities include but aren’t limited to supporting testing as required and issue investigation.Primary projects delivered are the 2020 Discovery Sport as it moved to our new PTA platform (joining 2019 Evoque), and 2021 Evoque, Discovery Sport and Jaguar E-Pace moving to our new Electrical Architecture.
