Head of the Pershing EMEA platform team

Technical Lead for the Pershing EMEA trading platform which includes order execution, trade processing, clearance and settlement.

Responsible for all areas of software development within Circle Leasing. During this time my team has created a bespoke daily hire system called MyFleet Vehicle Hire to allow businesses to manage their vehicle fleet and the hire of their cars with end users. The system is cloud based and utilises a mobile app (Android/iOS) to allow vehicles to be appraised and hired out whilst on the road or in the office. The system processes 150k+ hires annually and is an entirely new revenue stream for the business• Managing a team of IT professionals using agile methodologies across various disciplines (programmers, designers, testers, etc.)• Designing, developing, and implementing software projects on time and within budget• Implementing a DevOps culture and the tools needed to support it• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally• Creation of data warehouses to allow strategic reporting• Expert knowledge of the industry
