1) Coaching and leading the market & sales team, BU of performance chemical, finish KPI of sales & marketing of PC BU.2) Set annual market & BD targets/sales budget, set KPI for team members, make the strategy in sales & marketing of PC BU.3) Cross-functional team activities with finance, R&D, Engineering, M&A, supply chain, production, legislation and procurement department in company. Establish project team, make Capex budget, ensure the timeline and delivery for every new project.4) In charge of Business development for performance chemicals, lead crossing team working from new project screening, Capex budget, lab experiment, pilot production and commercial promotion. Especially on exploring the domestic market for electrolyte chemicals like novel lithium salts, high voltage electrolyte additive, next generation solid battery additive, display chemicals, cable chemicals, Semiconductor chemicals and PCB/CCL chemicals, exploring market food ingredient, mild surfactant and monomer chemical outside of China.5) Market intelligence activities, focus on the potential business opportunities for new applications, new compounds combine with company's technology advantage which will be blooming within 3-5 years.6) Sales activities, in charge of company's commodity chemicals like phosgenation downstream products isocyanate and acid chloride.7) Align with phosgene resource and technical advantage, design the downstream products combined with detailed applications and demand from market. Make the marketing plan with differentiate strategy.8) Thinking of new business model, matching for future growth. Doing analysis on value chain in different industries like EV/Li-ion battery, lithographic/IC chips, display industry, optical cable industry, LED/lighting, PCB industry with upstream-downstream alliance, find out the pain point/issue of every industry, provide solution including business and technology to customers.
