About Andy Lundgren

I know that your health is earned by your lifestyle. What you have done to this point is what is causing your physical, mental/emotional, immune, and digestive issues. Don't let your illness define you. Correct the cause and the symptoms will fade. Most importantly we must model the most healthy behaviors for our children so they choose to live healthy lifestyles as though they don't have a choice. My focus is to educate families how the nervous system speaks to every cell to create systems that work together to adapt to the environment. Povide every cell with the right information and they do their job correctly, send a faulty signal and the cell will be confused and possibly respond ineffectively or not at all. I want to show everyone what it takes to improve the information sent to every cell in the body to create healthy families.
