Program Manager for the Expression Networks Joint Ordnance Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Risk Assessment Database (JOERAD) Program. JOERAD is a software tool that provides the necessary information to manage the conflict between introduced ordnance and radio frequency (RF) emitters used in Joint operations. The complex environment and accelerated tempo of Joint tactical operations demand full situational awareness and capabilities to evaluate risks associated with the RF sensitive ordnance. These ordnance items, if not analyzed, can pose a great threat to personnel and equipment or result in excessive emission controls on essential shipboard equipment.

OPNAV N96F Navy BMD Liaison AOServed as a BMD information provider and liaison for Navy Leadership and assists in coordination among Navy and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) organizations and agencies in support of development and fielding of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Assists MDA in understanding Navy technical, doctrine, operations, training, logistics, maintenance, and support issues.Maintained insight into MDA development, acquisition planning and execution across the BMDS. Helped Assess potential impacts on Navy programs, operational capabilities, and budgets and ensure synchronization during the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development process.Analyzed and made recommendations on MDA policies, processes, plans, and decisions affecting the Navy.
