Leading a team that sponsors High Capacity infrastructure projects for the operation of the new Thameslink fleet in conventional and advanced technology modes and Depots' connectivity projects for the new Thameslink Rolling Stock Project Depots at Three Bridges and Hornsey. Network Rail Representative for the Depots' related contracts with Siemens, the Operator and the DfT. This involves close collaboration with all parties to achieve the cross-industry schedule for Depots' commissioning and new rolling stock operability

Led the progression of London Bridge station reconstruction through the option selection stage until the chosen option emerged. 3. Led the progression of Programme level issues, e.g. Construction phasing, Programme Execution Plan production.

Lead a team of 800 in delivery of customer service on board GNER services. This encompassed train operations, revenue protection and catering provision. Lead and implemented a major restructuring of the on-train teams to achieve customer service and productivity improvements.
