Experience Management Analytics SaaS start up. Grew the business from zero to a £130m IPO. Developed channels to market through Management Consultancies and MSPs in UK, Germany, Middle East and USA. Signed new business contracts with some of the world’s largest Banks, Professional Services and Telecommunications companies such as Accenture, BAT, BT, Bank New York Mellon, Cisco, DHL, Vodafone, Verizon, & SAB Miller

* Grew revenues in the Education sector from £5m to £100m+. Grew market share from single digit to 50% +* Won 90%of the Regional Broadband Grid contracts building a platform for shared learning for Higher and Further Education and helped create a £50m budget with the Funding Council to provide the backbone for the Schools network* Created and led an independent unsolicited Industry response to the Government Cloud programme with IBM, Cap Gemini, HP, BT, EMC & Microsoft that helped inform and accelerate a new Government IT services cloud based procurement strategy * Created Cisco's Public Sector Cloud GTM strategy, helped orchestrate several Cloud wins and won the 'One Cisco' UK Public Sector award for leading a complex new Datacentre/Cloud Partner contract* Established the Cisco Network Academy Programme in the UK - secured government funding, grew student numbers from zero to 28,000 with a strong contribution to diversity and rehabilitation* Created an innovative partner and distribution model for the UK education market that was adopted by Cisco Europe and case studied by McKinsey* Helped seed and build the Government Home Access programme that resulted in £300m investment covering 35% of under privileged homes* Chaired the Cisco UK & I Civic Council doubling employee involvement and contribution to the communityPrior to Cisco worked with various start ups and at Case Communications with an achievement of 'Millionaires' target 6 years in a row (150% + ) and won the largest contract in Case history -£6m
