My primary responsibility is to spread the Syracuse Cultural Workers message of peace, social justice and environmental sustainability by getting our products into more stores, educational institutions, museums and other venues. I also work on new product development and am working to develop stronger partnerships with activist groups working in local communities and around the country.

The Two Row Wampum Renewal Campaign was a statewide education and advocacy initiative to mark the 400th anniversary of the first treaty between the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Europeans. Our effort sought to renew our commitment to honoring the Two Row Wampum Treaty and those that followed from it and to protect the Earth on which all life depends. Full details at www.HonorTheTwoRow.orgCoordinated all aspects of a statewide educational and advocacy project to develop a broad alliance between the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and their allies in New York and throughout the world. The project culminated with a two week journey involving several hundred people paddling down the Hudson River from Albany to New York City. Initiated the project and built the partnership with the Onondaga Nation which was at the core of the campaign. Coordinated the Campaign Steering Committee, recruited and trained volunteers and interns, oversaw budgeting and fundraising, developed outreach to potential co-sponsors, oversaw logistics and collaborated closely with our public relations coordinator on communications within the project, with the general public and the media.

Multi-task with a range of varied responsibilities, including coordinating all aspects ofNeighbors of the Onondaga Nation, coordinating fundraising and development work,overseeing online and multi-media work, coordinating media outreach, supervisinginterns and volunteers. Coordinated two year-long educational programs, OnondagaLand Rights and Our Common Future. Network with a wide range of educational andcommunity activist organizations throughout Central New York and beyond.

Coordinated an educational program for men who have abused their womenpartners. Supervised three full-time program staff and 12 part-timegroup facilitators, maintained relationships with referral sources and providededucation and training for community-at-large on domestic violence issues.

Responsible for all aspects of editing and production of the Nonviolent Activist, War Resisters League's bi-monthly magazine. Worked at home in Upstate New York telecommuting to NYC.I also worked as a staff member for the 10-day Training Program for Organizers. Participated in overallplanning and coordination, and facilitated several workshops, from 1989-1993.
