I offer socialization/friendship groups for children and adolescents with social issue. In my over 20 years of running groups, I have come to strongly believe that the most important factor in a successful group is the connections that people make, More important than any skill is your child will learn are the feelings of belonging, of being accepted and of being supported. A new endeavor for me is my Mental Skills Training Program to help high school athletes learn the emotional skills that accompany physical skills to make one a successful athlete. .
