This is done by showing them how to use the equity they have to fund investments opportunities.I use a variety of lenders from which I select products based on my client’s needs and requirements. It could be an existing bank or one for 25 other lenders on our panel. Most people don’t have the time to shop around for products and rates, so I bring the banks to them allowing them to make an informed choice. I personally handle all aspects of your finance application in a first class, honest and stress free way. Better still, I don’t charge for the work I undertake as I am paid by the bank.I am an independently licensed mortgage broker and have worked in the finance industry over 10 years here in Australia but have also worked in the banking sector overseas. I have current membership of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).I operate from my Multi Choice Home Loans office in Hervey Bay with a support team of three. It is from there I assist clients in the Fraser Coast area and Australia wide.
