Head up Business Development for consultancy projects aimed at providing growth and development services for SME businesses in the Northwest. Currently working with SMEs and their owner/managers from all industries and sectors towards a personal and business 'event' (MBO/Mergers & Acquisitions/MBI/Full Exit/Partial Exit/Raising Finance/Succession Planning). This is done through a mixture of Consultancy/Non-Exec work/Advisory Roles along with linking clients to the most appropriate partner organisations (Corporate Finance/Private Equity/Legal/VC's/Exec Headhunters) to enable Entrepreneurs and their business realise their growth ambitions on a personal level as well as for the wider business as a whole.
