Support current and upcoming adaptation builds for the ERAM Air Traffic System. I work with a great team of very diverse individuals who constantly provide solutions to unusual situations and that keep the process of improvement always moving forward.

Worked on the FAA ERAM upgrade with ECS at Atlanta and Washington ARTCC's as site lead. This new multi processor system is the future of air traffic control. I worked with the best and brightest air traffic controllers, adaptation specialists, tech ops, and LM engineers in the world . As a LOE, I provided a full range of support services including training on software systems, wrote support documentation and user guides for support systems, provided analysis of issues, scenario generation for simulation and certification, adaptation services, and general on site support.ECS sets the standard for providing on going support to the FAA and numerous international groups.

Worked as a lead Radar Associate (Stage 3) and Radar (Stage 4) instructor at Memphis ARTCC (ZME). Completed FAA Academy courses: Basic Instructors Course and On the Job Training Instructors Course.Trained as a SGET scenario developer.

Three years as an ATCS at Albuquerque ARTCC. Twentytwo years as an ATCS at Memphis ARTCC with two years as an Airspace and Procedures Specialist with one detail as a Front Line Manager.Proficient in OJTI, public speaking, writing documents, and implementing systems. Well versed in electronics and communications systems.

Provided maintenance and erection of two-way radio and broadcast towers to a height of 350 feet and tower light repair and antenna erection to a height of 580 feet.Design custom receive multi-couplers and unique filtering for two-way radio systems.Provided acquisition services to communications companies for test equipment.
