Having over 35 years experience in the fitness industry, I started my coaching journey as a young track and field coach, which lead on to gain qualifications in various areas of health and fitness.Being the driving force behind a very successful local Triathlon club and recently an emerging triathlon race team, I have spent a lot of my recent time coaching children and adults in the Cambridgeshire area. My philosophy is to help athletes and individuals reach their full potential and achive their goals.For all my hard work and dedication to my local community I was awarded the Hunts Post sports Unsung Hero Award in 2012, furthermore I was nominated for coach of the year in 2013 at the same awards ceremony. In August 2016 I started my own business AM activ LTD. AM activ works with individuals and groups and specialises in Holistic/ Sports Massage, Triathlon coaching , Running Technique , injury prevention together with health and fitness advice and training for all regardless of age or fitness levels .Over my 35 years of either working in sport and fitness or as an athlete of many sports, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that I can transfer to any situation . I have in-depth knowledge of sports science and clinical exercise physiology which enables me to deliver a holistic approach to health and fitness.​
