Logging and management of any repairs/maintenance via a central system.Monitoring warranties and certificates to ensure required planned maintenance or repairs are carried out on time. Liaising and managing contractors during any periods of maintenance or repair. Liaising with centre management regarding contractors on site as required. Acting as Health & Safety Officer for the store, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and reporting any non-conformances to Store Manager. Preparing and attending all in-store audits, both Health & Safety and Operational, and implementation of audit findings, with most recent audit scores achieving 98%.Communicating and training store management & staff on changes in policies and procedures, and monitoring implementation of any change.
