In July 2014 I started my association with Grainger Games by working as part of a Promotional Team at the Metro Centre in Gateshead, this involved informing the public of Grainger Games' offers and promotions, as well as cleaning and maintaining the consoles and handing out promotional materials.In September 2014 I was offered a Part Time Role at the Thornaby Store. My role entails the sale and inspection of electronics, games and DVDs that are traded in by the public, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and products, dealing with cash and card transactions. I also deal with enquiries over the phone, as well as ordering and requesting products for delivery or to be held at other stores, on behalf of customers and the store. I received recognition for my gadget testing abilities in the internal newsletter which is sent to all stores. The store has a very small team, to which I work well with , and there is always commendations from customers on the customer service from the team.
