I have a wealth of experience as a leadership coach at all levels of management, in both the private and public sectors. I also have extensive experience designing and leading development programmes across blue chip organisations such as IBM, Microsoft, BT and HP as a learning specialist, leadership coach and performance leader within a global workforce solutions company. I was involved in a range of projects which included successfully implementing a work experience programme for unemployed young people; introducing a national apprenticeship programme to support a youth agenda strategy and delivering leadership programmes where individuals were promoted as a result of their development. I deliver leadership coaching to enable people to identify areas for their own personal and career development. At present, I am providing coaching to companies in the housing sector including MTVH, SNG and NHG.Several of the people I have been coaching recently have gone on to be promoted within their organisation.
