Through the Academy program I learnt how to communicate more effectively over the phone and generally building confidence to converse with people of all levels, whether that is a junior or someone of more seniority.

Organizing technical engineers to be scheduled to attend schools and sites, to help troubleshoot and provide support. Organizing daily calendars and making sure they are sent out on time to all workers within the company. Providing customers with guidance and advice to help put them at ease.

During my time at Trident my role included Data Entry, Answering Phones; assisting with customer service enquiries both face to face and on the phone; physically packing notebooks into vans for delivery. This was a varied role and I thoroughly enjoyed working in a busy office with all the challenges this entailed. I particularly enjoyed the bust Christmas period where on line orders for student notebook programs needed to be entered, packed and delivered.
