In January 2015, BSI acquired EORM. In March 2016 EORM was rebranded as BSI EHS Services and Solutions. I have retired from BSI as of July 2019.

Following a decade of experience with Xerox Corporation’s Electronics Division and Hewlett Packard, he co-founded Environmental and Occupational Risk Management, Inc. (EORM®) in 1990. In January 2015, BSI acquired EORM, which in March 2016 became BSI EHS Services and Solutions.Andy’s technical and management consulting experience has focused on assisting EORM’s clients in optimizing their environmental health and safety and sustainability initiatives. Project experience includes Design for EHS, supporting management systems aspects to reduce operational risks in R&D and manufacturing through the application of hazard analysis methodologies, developing and deploying a wide range of safety and IH programs, specialty consulting support related to semiconductor, LED, PV R&D and manufacturing.Andy led EORM’s international Responsible Supply Chain services that focus on guiding organizations or their supplier(s) in addressing, EHS, business continuity, sustainability and reputational risk management requirements within NGO, government or certifier expectations.Andy is the second recipient of PIBA Health and Safety Professional of the Year Award (1999).He was a member of the Semiconductor Environmental Health and Safety Association’s (SESHA) Board of Directors from 1989 to 1996, holding a series of leadership positions to include serving as President from 1995 to 1996. He received the Presidents’ Award in 1999, was elected in 2001 as a Fellow and received the Lifetime Achievement Award in May 2015.He has authored numerous articles and had the opportunity to present international conferences and symposiums in both North America and Asia. He holds a BS in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California, Davis and a MS in Environmental and Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene from California State University, Northridge.
