I was Director of this excellent research programme for 14 months, this coinciding with the beginning of the pandemic period. Despite that the programme realised many major achievements in that period, in part due to the country team's wonderful adaptability to run a series of phone based surveys. It was a great opportunity and privilege to be part of this. However, I decided to return to my previous role at the University of Sussex. I wish the programme, its team members and all its wonderful country teams every success in the future. I will continue to follow it with interest.
