I am proudest of my coaching tree. Seeing all the people whom I've mentored go on to lead their own agencies and departments is the most fulfilling part of my career. To me it means that I've shared the ability to create of ideas to drive traffic and build brands, to present their work with a business rationale and to listen to feedback carefully.
