Self-motivated, Experienced aviation professional able to Communicate Effectively at all Levels within the aviation spectrum. With over 50 years experience in the aviation industry, in all aspects including manufacturing, maintenance and over 39 years in a training environment, as both Instructor of Engineers and Flight Crew, plus over 14 years in a management position within 147 approved organisations.With the new covid restrictions, I have completed many courses using a virtual classroom setup. Full green screen in a virtual classroom setup. Not sitting at computer as I have seen in many cases, I teach in a real virtual classroom setup, giving students as near as possible the classroom/instructor environment. As an Instructor I'm just as comfortable teaching Flight crew /Engineers or Basic Licence.I’m also a very proud member of the scout association, and still a leader after over 30 years in scouting. I have been a scout leader in Hong Kong for 10 years, along with being a scout leader in the U.K. for over 20+ years.
