My core skills are in portfolio management and business architecture where I have a wealth of experience in developing value-add PMO services to help Boards translate business strategies into transformation priorities, make critical funding decisions and manage large strategic programmes through to delivery. However, I have a wide skill set and range of experience which can also help organisations define digital and operational strategy, identify core organisational capabilities and design operational structures. I am a creative problem solver who can work comfortably with senior sponsors, transformation leads and operational teams in large or small businesses.I am bold, passionate, resilient and able to communicate the big picture.
