• Liaise with Mitel Engineers and Client, in order to provide design assistance of a New Mitel Voice over IP (VoIP) telephony solution for Rooftop Housing Group offices for circa 210 users.
• Discovery of existing Local and Wide Area Network (LAN & WAN) topology and equipment to determine suitability for, and compatibility with, the proposed Mitel VoIP Telephony Solution.
• Make recommendations to Client on any remedial works to the LAN or WAN necessary, in order to successfully complete implementation of the proposed Mitel VoIP Telephony Solution.
• Carry out such remedial works in accordance with the Business Change Control process.
• Implementation and rollout of above Mitel VoIP Telephony Solution to circa 210 users in accordance with the solution design as agreed with Mitel.
