In a target driven environment, my role was to sell property, ideally "package selling" with mortgage and conveyancing referrals. Maintaining client database with regular contact with buyers and sellers using those relationships as a springboard to success. Also canvassing for new business and sales progression - a task I relished.

Working as part of a team, selling bespoke and manufactured Oak Furniture to a wide range of retail clients, in person over the phone and via websites. Also involved in developing a trade arm of the business from the ground up. Other duties include preparing marketing material for both the media and the showrooms, and all aspects of arranging deliveries.

Electrical store in Tunbridge Wells, my duties involved taking bookings for collection and delivery of goods, till based sales and customer advice, window displays and arranging the products in the store.

Learning the role of a sales executive within the car leasing industry. Creating my own customer base from inbound enquiries and networking. Discussing and dealing with their requirements in order to sell them into a contract. Following up and dealing with those clients whist in financial underwriting. Maintaining client contact throughout their contracts.

Working as a member of the sales force, I was responsible for a territory selling wine by the case to new and existing customers, both over the phone and their own homes. I had to follow the sale through from arranging the appointments over the telephone to closing the deal, and my ability to build the relationships with the customer helped me succeed

In a high pressured environment, I was the junior member of a department that gave costings of timber framed outbuildings to a sales force that included qualified surveyors. I used a unique computer costing system, as well as packages such as word and exell to track the workload. I was accountable to produce accurate work, often to tight deadlines.

Starting from the ground up, I gained experience in all aspects of what made this business successful. Through hard work and a "can do " attitude, I maintained the existing customers and increased the sales of the franchise by selling to both private and business customers.
