The Senior Vice President of Operations (SVPO) serves as a key aide to the President and CEO. They handle a wide range of matters of institutional importance including short and long-term planning. Additionally they are responsible for the integration and management of key operational functions. The SVPO is responsible for providing executive leadership over the following operational areas: Corporate Governance, Human Resources, Automotive Services (Fleet, Contract Network, and Approved Auto Repair), Distribution, and Facilities. They are responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with key personnel in all areas of the organization, including those reporting directly to the president and other leadership. The SVPO will play a crucial role on the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that resources are aligned to support the overall strategic direction of the organization. The SVPO will have far-reaching impact across the organization. This role requires engagement at the business level, a deep understanding of AAA Ohio Auto Club's product and positioning in the marketplace, thoughtfulness, confidentiality, and a supreme bias for optimization and efficiency.

The Director of Business Intelligence (BI), Reporting and Analytics is responsible for executing the Business Intelligence strategy and vision. This includes the delivery of clear, reliable performance metrics, deriving actionable insight from complete business data and leveraging data to understand and improve strategic decisions. The Director serves as a liaison between technology and business areas by developing relationships across the organization. They will evangelize and deliver the BI services to all senior management and departments. They will proactively meet and work with Ohio Auto Club (OAC) business line leaders in order to create analytic solutions and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the organization.
