He therefore has significant hands-on experience of dealing with challenging issues in leading businesses in financial cost disciplines and savings, vehicle finance, transport logistics and related service industries.

Accountable for managing the key dynamics of the business which included a turnover of £139m and 530 colleagues. This included a fleet size up to 23,000 units and a national operations across 17 locations .
