• I'm currently responsible for the creation and distribution of client communication material to 1000 employees within the British Gas contract. I work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the material we.

• Responsible for producing yearly Corporate Responsibility plan and engaging with local schools and charities to provide a service out in the community.
• Played a key role in the organisation and delivery of numerous British Gas Leadership events.
• Created current tracking system to enable accurate recording of the levels of training delivered to staff within our account.
• Successfully managed the implementation of our online portal which is used by our frontline staff on a daily basis. This system provides links to relevant systems in order to help reduce AHT.
