Mr. Moore is a part of the NC3 team taking on the design opportunity that will focus on engineering, analysis, and documentation of current and objective Enterprise Architectures, to evolve the Nuclear C3 System into a broader Strategic C3/National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC). As a Senior Systems Engineer, he is a part of the technical design team for the future presidential senior leadership and COOP/COG architecture development efforts that will describe and integrate all current planning for modification, upgrade, evolution, and modernization of existing nuclear C3 system components forming the foundation for the future of NLCC. His activities focus on implementing System-of-System methodologies and integrating current system architectures of Senior Leader, COOP/COG, and NC3 components into a detailed, NLCC enterprise architecture. Additionally, Mr. Moore provides Nuclear C3 System Configuration Management/System Engineer support to United States Strategic Command, Systems Engineering & Integration. Mr. Moore conducts planning, analysis, design, governance, execution, implementation, and monitor/control phases to produce mature CM processes and frameworks.-Develops policy and guidance for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CEO Equivalent) Emergency Action Plan for the nuclear enterprise, including 150K Strategic Command professionals-Directly supports the NC3 Enterprise Lead (CEO Equivalent) through program management, engineering execution and portfolio development -Collects and assess current proven solutions and emerging concepts for national and nuclear C3 Interface with Leidos' team and other Subject Matter Experts to leverage expertise for the progression of the NC3 Architecture-Develops and matures the NLCC CM Plan, Process, and Execution as well as maintains the NLCC Baseline Configuration Items, and the SE&I Data Repository
