Responsible for the line management of the Project Team, consisting of two Business Analysts with a remit to improve the business change process as it stands, implement new working methodologies, including the transition to Agile working, and technologies, for example Office 365 implementation. Responsible for the Project Team workload which consists of multiple change projects and new process implementations.

• Portfolio manager accountable for 100 DC pension schemes in wind-up• Reporting weekly stats and raising any potential risks to higher management• Proposing improvements and working towards their implantation• Producing bulk pension scheme figures of the Trustees• Providing technical assistance to team members and other areas within the company• Coordinating customer complaints, including compiling monthly reports and ensuring correct procedures are followed• Assisting in the compilation and vetting of procedure notes• Producing retirement quotations and setting up pensions
