Managed an admin team to assemble and check surgery files are within clinical suitability guidelines. This function was to reduce surgery team clinic perpetration and reduce surgery day cancellations.I had to implement the process to maximise efficiency within the department, train staff, liaise with optometrists, surgeons, nurses, surgery managers in order to make sure the patient journey is followed smoothly. I was also managing the Enhancement team, where we would contact patients and schedule them for revisional surgery, all within the suitability guidelines.

Also liaising with clinicians, nurses, optometrists and other professionals to ensure the best care and clinical advice is given to our patients.
