I manage Pointe Pest Control’s most northwesterly region with offices in Vancouver, Olympia, and Bend.

After my second year with Pointe I was promoted again to Service Supervisor, now I manage the Vancouver/Portland office for Pointe Pest Control along with two other gentlemen, Jeff Payton and Curtis Gabbert. We service from Castle Rock, to The Dalles, Or, to Mollala, and out to Banks. I manage a team of around 15 people plus a shop of around 30. We have the three supervisors out of this shop as well as 2 sales people. I manage technicians who perform general pest control, our commercial pest control department, and our specialty pest control department which handles cockroaches and bed bugs. Our goal is to not just deliver excellent customer service, but to also be good stewards of our planet!

After my first year with Pointe I was promoted to the lead tech position at our Portland, Oregon office. I liked the company and wanted to see how far I could advance my career with Pointe so I said yes! They're hard workers and promote good performance rather than focusing on drama or politics. And bugs are super interesting so that helps!

Starbucks taught me a lot. It honed my customer service skills, efficiency in a time crunch, and taught me about what it means to be a leader (here's a hint, the leaders are the ones out front!). I loved my time here and made some friends I'm sure I'll have for life.

At Reel Innovative I worked as a copy writer for video marketing as well as filled in as an editor, a grip, and a script supervisor while on set. We produced commercials for television and the internet.
