With a total of 23years employed at Ricoh UK products Ltd I have extensive knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques in a fast moving, ever changing, light assembly environment.I have been employed as a Departmental Manager for over 15 years, the vast majority of this time as the Production Manager for Ricoh UK products Ltd. I have also spent some time as the Reconditioning Dept Manager and QA Department manager for four years.One of my main achievements within the last couple of years was taking my current company through the process of gaining ISO 9001 accreditation. The was from a zero base through to a complete QMS, and successful audit in the height of the Covid pandemic.Specialties: Department and Team management.
