From a completely new 'go live' implementation I was responsible for the operational delivery of the CSC Recruitment Centre, covering all permanent recruitment for the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. This covered around 400 hires per year for permanent staff and 80+ graduate and apprentice hires. The Recruitment Centre had a team size of 15 split across 3 locations. The key interface with the hiring manager community was built around Recruitment Business Partners who were responsible for advising the business and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. These RBP's were supported by programme coordinators and dedicated Resourcers.Most of these requirements were within the IT Sector covering areas such as; BD&A, Cyber, Cloud, BI, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft (Dynamics NAV / AX), Infrastructure, Programme & Project delivery, Transition & Transformation, Application development, Networking and Virtual environments. We also covered all corporate and HQ roles across all business areas. Within our first 6 months we made some significant operational improvements, such as; Reducing the Cost Per Hire by over 30%.Direct and Referred CV's and interviews have grown from 45% to over 70%.Direct and referred offers have grown from 35% to over 65%.All core SLA's had been met.Our services were expanded to deliver Graduate and Apprentice programmes.
