I am responsible for the entire Operational performance for the Northern Europe region, consisting of 17 Manufacturing sites, within UK/Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The manufacturing budget for 2014 is $90m, with a T/O in excess of $500m. All Logistics are outsourced, with SLA's aligned to achieve optimum service.

Responsible for the entire Operational performance servicing the $300m T/O business. Consisting of 10 manufacturing sites with a budget over $50m. 2 UK sites are global manuafcturing Mother Plants, supplying key products from a single environment.

Responsible for 5 service centres delivering healthcare products to over 16000 customer premises, with twice daily deliveries the service model. Very labour intensive operation with over 1700 employees and a vehicle fleet of c400, providing the platform to serve a business T/O in excess of £2billion.
