Originally from Glasgow, studied Consumer Product Design at Edinburgh Napier University and then a Masters in Interdisciplinary Design at Edinburgh Napier University, returning to Glasgow in 2012.I was identified as a star of the future after winning first prize at the D&AD awards, the Oscars of the Design industry for Product Design – Furniture in July 2009 and in March 2011 was honoured with the prestigious John Logie Baird Young Innovator of the Year award.I create designs that are simple and beautiful, using traditional or innovative craftsmanship.
