Andy is currently the Asia Fraud Operations Head of KLCSC Hub based in Malaysia where he is responsible in managing Fraud Operations, Recoveries Management, Resources Strategy and Workforce Management. He works closely with senior stakeholders within the Region and Global Fraud Execution to ensure smooth functioning of the Fraud Risk Management strategies, processes, policies, technology, innovations and being the best for our clients.
