Most recently I have held the position of Senior Manager for Competency Growth within the Series40 Java Software team. This role was intended to share and grow the competence required to develop the Java platform and APIs more widely across the Series40 teams. As one of the Project managers within a re-formed organisation I was primarily responsible for maintenance project deliveries including support to earlier software branches for error fixing and late phase change requests to maximise value from the Series40 assets.
