I am an accomplished senior executive, operating at board level for global businesses. Since 2014, I have held the position of CEO at Hortor.I believe strongly in the value of customer interaction and throughout my career have made it my personal goal to maintain relationships with as many organisations as possible, helping them to find a solution for their own business goals.Previously, I gained invaluable experience while working on the board of BT Global Services. I held several senior positions during my time in the organisation, culminating in my appointment as President of the Global Banking and Financial Markets Business.I built and led a £1.7bn business, spanning 170 countries around the world. These opportunities have given me the insight to better understand wider economics, allowing me to see the bigger picture and map trends and developments that shape strategy. Furthermore, I have become resilient, adaptable and driven. I’ve learnt many lessons along the way, even as far back as my days playing football for Leeds United, when I could see first-hand the value of teamwork and strong leadership.
