Party Chief on a variety of projects from offshore field development and construction support to trenching and rig moves. I have also had some exposure to project management with a secondment onshore to support operations in the Middle East. My current role involves the following:• Ensuring that all works are carried out to company and client standards / specifications• Promoting a positive safety culture • Managing company / client relations • Ensuring all survey systems are operating within the required specification • Reporting survey operations to clients • Providing onshore support where required• Providing coaching and training to junior personnel where required
