I am determined, motivated and skilled in delivery through the project life cycle from initiation and planning through execution to handover and closeout.I am committed to personal improvement and professional development, and have attained both APM Practitioner and Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner qualifications. I am an Association for Project Management (APM) Associate Member currently applying for full APM membership with the goal of attaining Chartered Project Management Status.I work for an aviation system development and integration company managing a systems design and development project within a programme to deliver an Electronic Warfare Training system to NATO.I have developed a wide range of technical capabilities and soft skills over my 7-year PM career, including experience of both waterfall and agile delivery. I am committed to project delivery, applying the fundamentals of project management while forming and motivating strong project teams to deliver to agreed baselined plans, setting and fostering a positive culture through leading by example, and the timely resolution of issues.I have managed both standalone projects and projects within a programme, private venture and customer funded projects.
