“Reflecting on my beginnings in 2014 where I started with an insurance company, navigating the challenges posed by the evolving financial industry’s regulatory requirements was no small feat. Obtaining my licenses proved to be a rigorous process, involving a six-month wait during which I engaged in part-time work while awaiting approval. Consequently, I started to hold a deep understanding and appreciation for this career, and recognised the need to go through substantial effort to secure my license.Embarking on agency building at 23 was no walk in the park either. Faced with the departure of seven out of eight agents within six months, doubts crept in. But adversity sparked innovation, leading me to realise the power of understanding and managing each individual uniquely.Since joining PFPFA, I have experienced exponential growth, consistently earning the top manager award each year. This achievement wouldn't be possible without the collective effort of my dedicated team.
