I have taken part in various roles such as platoon deputy commander, platoon leader, pathfinder section leader. Throughout my career I have participated in global exercises in Germany, France. I have also operated in hostile and remote areas. I have extensive operational experience of leading soldiers in war zones in Iraq and Afghanistan. Proficient at working on his own, initiative as well as being part of the team. A focused professional with proactive work ethic being able to adapt, motivate and seek positive outcome in all tasks assigned to highest standards of service at all times. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing levels of risk while remaining calm and level-headed while under pressure. I was also a jumpmaster, pathfinder and HALO/HAHO jumper by 11 years. After retirement, I started working as an Operator in vessels, Team Leader and then a Security Advisor in the maritime security industry. I have carried out numerous tasks in the High Risk Area and Indian Ocean including vessel fortification, crew security and medical training. Also I was deployed several times in West Africa.
