Proactive Management of all Toolsets

I joined company as a Service Desk Analyst and was promoted to Senior Service Desk Analyst, Service Desk Team Leader and Change, Configuration and Release Manager, managing a small team of staff. Responsibilities included:• Effective management of both Standard and Non Standard Changes to customer IT environments. • Ensuring risks were accurately assessed in relation to change and mitigated accordingly. • Designed new Change Management process documents for customers and internal teams. • Assisted with the design and testing of bespoke Change and Incident management toolset. • Managed full audit of Configuration Management Database.
