Current2014.10 – Present Lenovo (China) Group Co., Ltd. • 2014.10 - Present China offline market GM of Lenovo Mobile Phone Business Group• In charge of Moto Brand return China market project which include: Product approval, local software ready, carrier’s testing and Moto brand marketing driving program and set up the new channel both of online sales with JD/Tmall and offline sales with national key retailer etc.• In charge of all bands of Lenovo mobile phone business sales like Lenovo/Moto/Zuk and Lemo. Set up the sales channels and management system to achieve the yearly sales revenue to about 20 billions RMB;• Build up the national retail management team and daily operation which include:500+ city managers, 4000+ sales promoters,5000+ brand hardware investment shops and 400+ banding shops;• Set up O2O sales innovative channels and co-operation with JD/Tmall and offline telecom retailers;• Design and execute retail marketing program and demand drive to increase the sales • Build up the PSI IT system to manage big data and daily operation with 20000+ retail shops.
