I work as support worker to help support 16 - 18 yrs who came from venerable backgrounds and need support confidence and self esteem and help to become independent to live and their own.As support worker I work with the teengers to promote with their finances, shopping, appointments and live independently within their own lives and to function as one.

Just counting working for Hays Education I took short term contract to cover the actual Resource Manager whilst she was on Leave having a baby, this contract was for 1 yr but I myself feel unwell and had been taken of the contract. I great skills as have worked on similar roles with hays and was happy to learn the system, react well to students and my peers, and be able to run a centre that gives the right image to the school, parents, governors and students also, this was ideal to add to what I have done. Whilst working on this role and pervious role my duties including running the Resources centre which helped students with their home study and school study through a homework club that I had organised through the Learning Resources. We also had computers and ICT packages that would help students with using Multimedia facilities, reading and writing work, we also had good working support team that backed me and students to achieve the necessary goals they need to do their work here in school and home. I also setup outside activities which such after clubs, reading clubs, puzzle groups, or general somewhere were students could came for as coming from SEN/TA/ background I could do this for them. This experience has given me more set skills to the one's I had already obtained whilst working on other roles.

As Branch Manager I am very strong communicator and good strategic thinker who have ability to shine when it to customers as my job was to sell and supply memory foam mattresses to companies and walking trade.
I took a 6 weeks project to help Nidek to lunch their new AFC210 Camera to all the pharmaceutical Companies around the UK.
