I work as support worker to help support 16 - 18 yrs who came from venerable backgrounds and need support confidence and self esteem and help to become independent to live and their own.As support worker I work with the teengers to promote with their finances, shopping, appointments and live independently within their own lives and to function as one.

To support Individuals who need support to become independent and to able to build on their self esteem, confidence and ability to do things for them rather than someone provided all the support.Also supporting the Team to achieve goals and achieving and learning training regarding what is social care.

Teaching Assistant level4 - providing support for lower ability children and developing their motor skills and abilities.supporting parents to provide the right support at home.

My job is support and develop students how are on a lower ability and need that extra support to succeed in their life's. I also provide emotional, behavior, and general support to careers and parents to develop their children at home also.

I support in various roles across the west midlands, such as Library Manager, Admin, CMIS System, SEN Students and many more.I can multi - task various jobs at numerous jobs.

Sames as what I do at Hays but with twist I exactly coach parents at home and centers to provide support for their children.

My job is work within the the Mental Health Team and Learning disabilities to help to promote confidence and self - esteem to services users who need us the most.I believe that the services users have come to some time their lives and don't know how to move forward and need support from someone like me to move them along further.My job is support them but not actually do it for them, so this promotes and helps to boost their confidence and self - esteem.I find this job very rewarding.

Just counting working for Hays Education I took short term contract to cover the actual Resource Manager whilst she was on Leave having a baby, this contract was for 1 yr but I myself feel unwell and had been taken of the contract. I great skills as have worked on similar roles with hays and was happy to learn the system, react well to students and my peers, and be able to run a centre that gives the right image to the school, parents, governors and students also, this was ideal to add to what I have done. Whilst working on this role and pervious role my duties including running the Resources centre which helped students with their home study and school study through a homework club that I had organised through the Learning Resources. We also had computers and ICT packages that would help students with using Multimedia facilities, reading and writing work, we also had good working support team that backed me and students to achieve the necessary goals they need to do their work here in school and home. I also setup outside activities which such after clubs, reading clubs, puzzle groups, or general somewhere were students could came for as coming from SEN/TA/ background I could do this for them. This experience has given me more set skills to the one's I had already obtained whilst working on other roles.

As Branch Manager I am very strong communicator and good strategic thinker who have ability to shine when it to customers as my job was to sell and supply memory foam mattresses to companies and walking trade.

I took a 6 weeks project to help Nidek to lunch their new AFC210 Camera to all the pharmaceutical Companies around the UK. My job was to call existing and new customers and introduce the product into the market. I called customers and suppliers like Supersavers, Vision Express and told them about product, which is high tech camera which can info red sea into your eyes and tell the doctors exactly what they are looking for in the eyes.

My overall job within Direct Line Car Insurance was to provide Sales & Customer Services to New & Existing customers. My job was to receive incoming calls from customers and introduce new car insurance to them. To existing customers we try to sell green flag breakdown cover.
