Accountable for setting up and delivering Portfolio Management at Pro4 Solutions. Implemented a range for improvements from structure and reporting to financial and management and templates. Also helped advice and improve Pro4's clients Portfolio Management functions across Telecoms, Media, Banking and Utilities industry sectors.

I am accountable for the end-2-end delivery of the Sales portfolio of programmes and projects (including Retail, Indirect Partners, Digital (Online) and Base Management). I lead a strong team of 19 Programme / Project Managers, Channel Implementation Managers and Business Analysts.- I successfully deliver the £19m portfolio of programmes and projects (Annual spend, programme / project range between £500k - £4.5m each).- I have built very close and trusted Director level relationships across various Business areas and Technology. - I oversaw delivery of the £3.1m 'Compass' programme. This sprint based system delivery achieved every sprint on time and 99.6% budget accuracy. - I took over the Retail Transformation Programme, an in-flight programme which had encountered some challenges. I implemented clear and efficient governance around the programme and ensured the scope was defined and agreed, allowing the programme to start successfully delivering.- I am leading the Omni-Channel Programme through its initial strategic stage.- I have delivered a 100 point improvement in employee satisfaction within the multi-site team and received extremely positive feedback on my leadership.- I have mentored and coached PMs and Programme Managers in their development, including new project managers.- I have led a major recruitment activity (+14 FTE) to replace contract resource, saving £450k per year.- Due to my financial expertise and understanding, I also oversaw the achievement of the overall Project Delivery Opex budget (£6m) in 2013.- I am working to implement key improvements in the areas of PM Tools by implementing a new solution for EE.- In 2013, I organised and led charity team event for 48 people, raising £7.5k.
