I am delighted to be heading up the Move Hero product on behalf of Northcott Beaton Ltd. The house buying process is antiquated and extremely stressful for the consumer. The main reason for this is that it can be complicated, convoluted and confusing, as well as being very expensive. Move Hero aims to put the power back into the hands of the discerning property buyer by providing estate agents with the opportunity to conduct many of the searches that are required by a conveyancer to proceed to a successfully completed transaction. This enable the estate agent to accurately value the property based on a full suite of information and focus on committed buyers. A bi-product of Move Hero is that abortive sale rates drop dramatically and that pipelines are fulfilled on average 25% faster.
