Pre Construction planning working on DEOP projects

Responsible for all Programme related matters on the New London Peninsula Hotel project.

Based in the Interserve London and South East Hub working as Senior Planner in Paragon's Refurbishment Division.My prime duties are the development of bid programmes and supporting narratives in conjunction with the bid teams. Also involved in pre qualification submissions for a variety of major refurbishment and fit out projects.

Joined ISG as Senior Planner on a new build "mega" data Center in Finland. Responsible for all aspects of project planning and project controls. Established a series of KPI's for progress monitoring. As part of the project team provided programme support resulting in the successful completion of two Mega Data Centers, Without Accident, On Time, Within Budget. On completion of this project moved onto a second Data center on the same campus. During my time in Finland also managed and mentored junior planners. On completion of the projects in Finland I was re-located to work on similar projects in the Netherlands. Key responsibilities included master schedule development, schedule integrity testing and review, weekly and monthly reporting to Project Team and Client.

Working in the PMO team assigned to Ultra Electronics Ithra.Muscat & Salalah International Airports MC6 Master Systems Integration, Sultanate of OmanPlanning Manager for Main Contract 6 - Master Systems Integrator including IT systems, IT networks & security systems for the new Muscat International and Salalah airports.

Joined Southern Division of Balfour Beatty as Senior Divisional Planner and was responsible for all construction planning and progress reporting for construction projects within the Division. This included contract planning and reporting on design & build Academy projects in Shoreham, Littlehampton, and Midhurst. I was also involved in the pre construction planning and site planning of three academy projects in the Bournemouth and Poole area of Dorset. and also 4 Academies in West Sussex. Pre Construction and construction planning for 3 Academies in Bournemouth & Poole.

Planning Manager overseeing progress monitoring and design planning for the Qatari Diar Rising Mountains Projects, a series of Leisure and residential projects across North Africa. Contract values in the order of $300M per project. Construction planning & reporting on the Qatari Diar Sharm El Shiekh development phase 1 which comprised of the construction of a Presidential villa and associated ancillary infrastructure..

Initially employed as Planning Manager for the Mivan-Kier Joint Venture in Romania. Recruited two local planners to form the JV planning team. Developed construction programmes for the new Liberty Shopping Mall in Bucharest, Tiaggo Mall Oradea and also New Town Residences a 600 apartment housing development in Bucharest. Involved with procurement and tender planning for several projects across Romania. On completion of the Romanian projects returned to work in Kier Southern where I was based in the Maple Cross office. In this role I was responsible for all tender and contract planning including the management and mentoring of an intermediate planner.

Initially employed by Bovis to work on the Battersea Power station project but relocated to harrow head office where I worked on the pre qualification bid for St David's shopping centre development in Cardiff. Then involved in the Tender for 125 Old Broad street and 60 Threadneedle street projects for Hammerson. The 123 Old Broad street project was particularly challenging from both an engineering and scheduling aspect. The Client (as most) was particularly time & cost conscious and the BLL Engineering department develop-ed a scheme whereby the the recladding of the building could be carried out top - down. This resulted in some interesting scheduling challenges but resulted in a timely completion of the project.

Senior Planner New Hong Kong International Airport working on Package 320 The Terminal Building Fit Out.Responsible for planning & co ordination of two NSC's Grant Ameristone, Hard Flooring to Public areas and NKI, Airport desking systems and check in Island Fit-out.

Management of Programmes, planning & progress reported. Introduced computer aided planning techniques on a range of projects across southern England and Yorkshire.

Working under the direction of the Planning Manager, primarily on live Contracts updating progress and producing short term stage and detailed programmes.

Based in the Winchester office.Contract planning and reporting on a variety of projects from Torquay in the west and Hove in the east. Occasional prequalification and tender planning.
